I finally got to do my own makeup, get my hair done and go somewhere extra fun. You know, like besides the grocery store! 😂😂. My husband used to be in the Navy but now works for the Army. So, we got to go to the Army Medical Ball. We had a great time getting dressed up and hanging out with his co-workers!
Details on my makeup…
Airbrushed foundation by Dinair using Camouflage and Soft Glow formulas
IT Cosmetics – Bye, Bye Undereye in Medium
Eyes – Makeup Geek, MAC cosmetics, Urban Decay
Contour, highlight, brows and lip – Anastasia Beverly Hills
Lashes – Ardell Demi Whispies
My amazing hair was done by the one and only Katelyn Carey! She also cuts and colors my hair. She is super talented especially if you’d like all kinds of fun colors in your hair. Click here for her Instagram page.
Taylor may look familiar to you. She is a client that I see several times a year! She won her local pageant this year and and has gone to several proms. I love when I have return clients!!! We always do something different and fun when I see her. This year, we went for a purple contoured eye with lots of purple glitter.
We started with Dinair Airbrushed foundation, Makeup Geek and Urban Decay for eyes, Bare Minerals for contour and blush, Colour Pop brows and Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip. Lashes by Ardell.

Kylie and her mom are so much fun to be around and I enjoy spending time with them. Kylie’s prom dress was beautiful with a floral pattern that screamed spring so we kept her makeup soft and fresh by using colors like dusty pink, browns, melon and of course, some shimmer!
Airbrushed foundation by Dinair Glamour Foundation
This was the first time that I got to do Abby’s makeup for prom and we had such a great time. Abby doesn’t normally wear a lot of makeup but we still wanted to make her features pop in her beautiful red dress!

I really enjoy getting to spend some time with this stunning girl, Baileigh! She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted so we talked about what her dress looked like, looked through some inspiration photos and I came up with this look. It has layers of a golden bronze along with some shimmer! I LOVED how this turned out especially with her gorgeous dress!

This stunning girl makes my life so much easier! She is my assistant and helps when I have a lot of clients in a row. She helps me be more organized and keeps my products clean and hygienic for each client. I don’t know what I’d do without her. For her dance makeup, we wanted to keep things organic and fresh!
This is the last time that I get to do Madison’s makeup for the year and that makes me a little sad. I am so thankful that she chooses me to do her makeup for the special events in her life! She is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside!
This beautiful girl is my absolute favorite! Sydney is not only beautiful, smart and sweet but she is also my daughter! So yes, I’m a little bit biased. For those of you who don’t know me, my daughter goes to a high school for academically gifted juniors and seniors. This means that she lives at school about two hours and fifteen minutes away and I miss her more than words can say. Even though she lives away, I love that I still get to be a part of the big moments like her senior prom! I wouldn’t miss times like this for the world!
